I've just purchased the course, but am unable to access the lectures. Help!

A handful of students have had this happen, and we have a fix!

  1. Open a new browser window.
  2. Go to rebecca-katz.teachable.com.
  3. Go to the menu on the top right (three horizontal lines) and click on the person icon or select log out.
  4. Now log in again with your email address and password.

I forgot my password, How do I reset it?

In the top right, click on the person icon. From the menu, select Edit Profile, then again click on the green Edit Profile. There you will see a link to change your password. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] and we'll update it for you.
